Beatrix Konyves

Beatrix Konyves is a youth worker & researcher. Originally from Romania, she first discovered youth work as a teenager going to her local youth centre. Now, she lives in London and has completed an MA in Applied Anthropology and Community & Youth Work after co-founding DEIS UK, a youth-driven organisation (currently under development). Her research interests include youth participation, open access youth work, impact measurement and youth consultation, comparative analyses, and, most importantly, digital youth work. As a digital native herself, she is interested in ways to holistically integrate technology into the practice in ways that are comfortable for both young people and other youth practitioners.
